In Person Course Terms and Service

Please read the following terms of service carefully before you apply for any course with Little Paws Art studio. Applying to our course implies that you agree to our terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). The terms “you”, “your” refer to the guardian of the applicant (if any). The terms  “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Paws Art Studio. 

 

• In respect of intellectual properties and privacy, video recording and photo taking are strictly forbidden in the class. 

• The course credits are non-transferable. 

• Children under 5-year-old are not eligible to our course

• In order to encourage the independence of our students, parents and/or guardians will be asked to leave the room before the start of the class. Parents and/or guardians accompany is only permitted, but not encouraged, for the first class of a child. 

• We reserve the right to make adjustments of the contents our course.

• Your submission of personal information through the website and/or our email is governed by our Privacy Policy. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

 

Course Materials

• Most of the course materials are included in the tuition fees. However, extra costs may be required for some special course materials. The details will be printed on the course outline.

Payment need to be made within 7 days after the application has been accepted. Fail to do so will be regarded as abandonment of the course. 

 

Absence Policy.

• Notice of absence must be given at least 2 hours before the class start time.

• Makeup sessions can be arranged during the same week to compensate for the absence.

• In case of illness, rescheduling and makeup classes can be arranged within 2 weeks.

• Failure to provide timely notice will be considered as abandonment of the class, and makeup lessons will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy.

• Full refund eligibility requires a minimum of 7 days' notice after applying for a course.

• 60% refund eligibility requires a minimum of 3 days' notice after applying for a course.

• No refund will be provided with less than 1 day's notice after applying for a course.

Withdrawal Policy.

• Eligibility to withdraw from a course is limited to the first half period of the course.

• To withdraw from the course, a special reason, such as serious illness or relocation, must be provided.

• A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to qualify for a 20% refund for the remaining classes.

Under special circumstance, Little Paws Art Studio reserve the right to make the final decision of your refund and payments.
